If you have already subscribed through studentmagazines, here is the best place to start making inquiries, changes or sort out problems with your subscription.
We know who is best to contact at the publishers. We take pride in representing our students and getting things done promptly. If you have a question about a magazine subscription, problems with a subscription, a question about a bill or anything else...we are here to help!
Please remember to check the magazine's mailing label for important information such as subscriber numbers and expiry dates. Try to include the subscriber number when contacting us, as that will ensure a quicker response.
Special note for newspaper inquiries: Please contact Fairfax on 1800 252 525 regarding non-delivery (if you have received your start date already), suspension, expiry dates, and cancellation. Remember to quote your delivery address.
